Thank you for submitting your documents. We will now review these and, presuming they are all in order, will approve your Local User Discount Scheme (LUDS) application. This may take up to 5 days. We will inform you via email as soon as your LUDS plan is approved.
Until your LUDS plan is approved, your merseyflow account will operate as a standard pre-pay plan, so you will need to ensure that you pay for any crossings by midnight the day after you cross.
Make it easy to renew your LUDS plan each year
Once approved, your plan will last for 12 months. The easiest way to manage your LUDS plan is to opt in for Auto Renewal and to pay by Direct Debit. This will automatically renew your plan annually.
If you select ‘Auto renew’, then providing that the details on your account remain the same, you won’t need to re-submit any documents each year or remember to make the payment. A 3rd party agency will check your details on our behalf, and if there is an issue with your renewal we will email you to inform you before your renewal date.
