Please note that we are required to check your bank details are correct and perform an identity check through a third party credit reference agency so please ensure that your personal details are correct.

  • This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
  • If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit Emovis Operations Mersey Ltd T/A Merseyflow will notify you 3 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Emovis Operations Mersey Ltd T/A Merseyflow to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
  • If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit by Emovis Operations Mersey Ltd T/A Merseyflow or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
  • If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Emovis Operations Mersey Ltd T/A Merseyflow asks you to.
  • You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.

Direct debit instruction

Your Direct Debit Instruction has been submitted.  You will receive email confirmation of the setup of the Direct Debit within 7 working days and no later than 4 working days before the first collection by email. We will contact you if there are any issues with the setting up of your Direct Debit Instruction.

In the meantime please ensure that you have enough funds in your account to cover any crossings that you need to make.

When payments are collected via Direct Debit, the name of the company that will appear on your bank statement is 'merseyflow'.
