Team behind merseyflow celebrate recognition at prestigious European awards

The team behind merseyflow are celebrating their commitment to its staff and customers after being recognised at a prestigious European award ceremony.

merseyflow’s parent company, emovis, were finalists in a total of six Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards’ (ECCCSAs) categories.

The team won silver in the ‘Great Place to Work’ category in recognition of its commitment to staff wellbeing, training and development and were highly commended in the ‘Most Effective Business Transformation Programme in Customer Service’ category.

Now in their 19th year, the prestigious ECCCSA Awards 2019 attract thousands of entries across Europe and are the longest running awards in the customer contact industry. The awards recognise organisations that value their people, continually innovate to improve the customer experience and operate efficiently and effectively.

The emovis team won alongside some of the most accredited global brands across Europe, including Microsoft, Vodafone and John Lewis, at the ceremony which was attended by over 1,300 guests.
