Merseyflow team members celebrating national award success

The team behind merseyflow has been recognised at the prestigious UK National Contact Centre Awards for its commitment to its employees and customers.

Merseyflow’s parent company, emovis, walked away with four awards at the lavish awards dinner on Monday 27 September.

The team beat tough competition from the likes of Vodafone, Sage and NatWest to secure two gold awards for Contact Centre Support Team of the Year and Business Improvement Manager of the Year.

Emovis also received a silver award for Contact Centre Support Manager of the Year and a Bronze award for Resource Planning Manager of the Year.

Overall, emovis was recognised as finalists in seven categories as part of the rigorous judging process, including individual and team awards.

Neil Conway, Chief Executive of merseyflow, said: “It is fantastic to see the hard work of the merseyflow team recognised again this year. Winning awards for Contact Centre Support Team of the Year and three individual awards shows the consistent dedication of all of our team members who go above and beyond to deliver an outstanding customer and employee experience, and I’m proud of everyone who contributed to this success.”

In the last UKNCC Awards, the emovis team picked up Gold awards in the ‘Diversity and Inclusion’ and ‘Team Leader/Manger of the Year’ categories. It also won the Silver award for Quality Manager of the Year and a Bronze in the Most Effective Employee Engagement Programme category.

The UKNCCAs are now in their 26th year and recognise those individuals and teams in the contact centre industry who are role models, inspiring others and deserve recognition for the work they are doing in their contact centre operation.
