Merseyflow team members celebrating their national award success

The team behind merseyflow has been recognised at the prestigious UK National Contact Centre Awards for a third time for its commitment to its employees and customers.

The team beat tough competition from the likes of McDonald’s, Sky, John Lewis and Vodafone to secure three silver awards for Resource Planning Manager of the Year which went to Tim Milburn, Outsourced Team Manager of the Year for Bret Biggs and Change Maker won by Neil Agate.

Overall, emovis was recognized as a finalist in eight categories as part of the rigorous judging process, including individual and team awards for its contact centre in Halton.

Neil Conway, Chief Executive of merseyflow, said: “Winning three awards and being recognised for our commitment to our employees and customers alike is a great honour for merseyflow and the individual winners, especially given the size and reputation of the other nominees. I’m incredibly proud of everyone who contributed to this success and the ongoing dedication of our teams to providing excellent customer service.”

The UKNCCAs which were held in London on 20th June, are now in their 27th year and recognise those individuals and teams in the contact centre industry who are role models, inspiring others and deserve recognition for the work they are doing in their contact centre operation.
