Merseyflow team celebrates national award success

The team behind merseyflow has been recognised at the prestigious UK National Contact Centre Awards for a fourth time for its commitment to its employees and customers.

The event attended by the likes of Vodafone, Ocado, AA, and Barclaycard awarded merseyflow two Highly Commended awards for Change & Innovation Team of the Year (Small) for its Business Improvement & Change Team, and Resource Planning Manager of the Year Mohammed Nsar.

Overall, emovis was recognised as a finalist in five categories as part of the rigorous judging process, including individual and team awards for its contact centres in Halton and Leeds.

Neil Conway, Chief Executive of merseyflow, said: “We’re incredibly proud of the team and individual efforts that contributed to this success, which is particularly meaningful given the caliber of the other nominees. I am incredibly proud of everyone who contributed to this success and of our teams' ongoing dedication to providing excellent customer service.”

The UKNCCAs are now in their 29th year and recognise those individuals and teams in the contact centre industry who are role models, inspiring others and deserve recognition for the work they are doing in their contact centre operation.
